I take one a day as recommended by the Dr. I find the capsule easy to swallow even though it is a larger one. Hoping it will have an impact on helping my hand joints.

The yellow coating gets all over my hands.

All the capsules are covered with yellow dust from the turmeric. It stains clothing and fabric badly. I take another supplement from another company that contains a much higher amount of turmeric, but has no yellow dust. I asked for another bottle in case it was a fluke, and Swanson kindly sent it to me, but it had the same problem. I won’t order from this subsidiary company again.
