what people dont understand about biotin is that yes it can speed up the hair growth process but it does not help with thickness or shedding. I started taking this along with D3 and iron to help with hair thickness and shedding. definitely worth it!

Some people swear by Biotin, maybe my body can't digest it as well. Within 2-3 days I noticed breakouts all over my forehead. Since it was the only thing I changed in my diet, I concluded it had to be the biotin. About a week after I stopped taking it, the breakouts went away.
