I had been looking for a good quality zinc that also has copper included and was not a high dosage of either. So far this has been great and I have noticed the start of some of the results I was hoping to see. I haven't been taking this long but am pretty confident based off of my results as of now. Great product!

This looks like an ideal formula for zinc. Zinc in the methionine form is the most absorbable. The 300 mcg of copper is about the right amount to prevent depletion. Some other brands include more than 3 times as much copper, but that may be too much.

Been taking this brand and form of zinc for several years. It's top quality, easy to swallow and Swanson offers it at the best price available. Fast shipping, too! I prefer to buy from Swanson instead of Amazon if Swanson has the products I need.

I don’t know if it is the placebo effect, but I do notice a slight difference. My hair and nails seem to be healthier. I might be crazy, but I think my libido has improved somewhat significantly. (I’m 52). I have not been able to go to the gym since I bought these (unrelated event), so I can’t comment on the “recovery” effect.

I haven't tried it yet. This was not the zinc I wanted, but what I got in the past was not available, so I had to substitute this instead.
