I have been taking these as I heard that they are really good for getting rid of belly fat. I feel like they do help control, hunger and boost my metabolism. There's no taste to them. They are very easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend them give it a try.

I love this product. I am currently taking it. I have lost about 15lbs in about a month between taking this and working the way I do. I get my workout at work. These work absolutely great. You have to take at least 3 grams a day in order for it to be effective. The pills aren't that big and are easy to swallow all at one time. No need to buy the expensive CLA because these work well and at a good price.

This is my second stint in using this product. I first used it in 2018 for about 6 months I did seen results overall with dieting and light exercise. Not going to the gym for four hours a day just your basic movements. A couple bottles depending on your bottles count. You might see a different color in your stool but nothing to panic over, the gel pills can be tough to swallow, and I would take less than the suggested used the first week. I did notice more restroom visits but nothing like pulling over on a vacation trip. Compared to what your local fitness store, same ingredients just not the recovery and some additional support. There are no odor smells… I using this again for some business plans scheduled in October but with a little more cardio this time around.

I'm not too sure just yet about how I feel about these. I have started taking them, along with aerobic exercise and I am hopeful that they will give some results. Of course, I have to continue to eat a balanced diet, and drink plenty of water. They are a bit big to swallow, and they also make me burp and that is a bit annoying. I have only been taking them for about a week so I don't know the long term effects of these just yet. Spring Valley is a great brand, however. I would say you have to take at least two bottles worth to really tell how good they are and how well they work. I definitely recommend trying them, at least see how you feel after a week or so.
