Spring Valley Gelatin Dietary Supplement, 1,300 mg, 100 count

I had gotten these from Amazon at about 7.00 a bottle then saw in a review on Amazon that these could be purchased at Walmart much cheaper. So, I looked on line and there it was. I ordered enough bottles to get free shipping and am so grateful as I'm taking 8 of these a day in an attempt to make my fingernails stronger.

I have used this product for a long time. It has done wonders for my problem nails (brittle, cracking into the quick, splitting both laterally and vertically, getting softer day to day). I have used many other products, including brush-on products, but the only other product that seems to help is a gummy" that has too much sugar for a diabetic to use without adverse results. The gelatin capsules are as effective as the gummies, but the product is often very difficult to find in stores. I was pleased to find it available through the website.

I've been using gelatin capsules to strengthen my nails for decades. I used to be able to buy them locally at a number of stores, but over the past few years, I've noticed that stores aren't carrying gelatin capsules any longer. That resulted in turning to the internet to purchase these. Thankfully, WalMart.com still carries them, and at a very good price, I might add. The only downfall for me is having to pay for shipping, rather than being able to pick them up at my local store. Ah well, c'est la vie.

My 92 year old father was having trouble with thin, chipping, splitting nails. I remembered women took gelatin capsules many years ago to solve this problem. It used to be that you could buy this stuff in every drug or grocery store, but it's gotten hard to find. I got found him some and after taking two pills a day for a couple of months, his nails are thick and strong. These capsules completely eliminated the problem. Now it's part of his routine. The price on these capsules is excellent. Terrific value on an old, but every effective product. My recent order came immediately and the shipping was reasonable. Thanks!

I have been using this product for over eight (8) years just for my nails. I naturally have white, strong nails, but, as I got older they started to get thin and started breaking. My manicurist suggested I try these. I did (two a day) and my nails went right back to being white and strong as they used to be, and still are! It only took two (2) weeks for me to see an improvement. I recommend this to all my friends.

I bought this for my Mother her nails have been getting a little thin and I use to use this when I was a teenager and it made my nails and hair grow and strinthen my nails and it seams to be working for her as well.

Been using this product for about 2 years and just love it. However, I cannot seem to find it in my local stores anymore so now I am forced to order it online.

wish they would stock them on the store shelves....however, I have them now. reasonably priced and arrived much sooner than estimated....still hoping they stock them in the future...

Excellent for hair and especially for nails. This works best if taken with biotin. I take 8 capsules of Gelatin plus 1 gel tab of biotin Lu every day. If I don't, my nails peel & split really bad.

Gelatin definitely helps strenthen my weak/splitting fingernails. Other stores where I normally shop do not carry Gelatin capsules. Have also tried Biotin and NailTek. While these probably help, there was noticeable improvement while taking Gelatin. Then quit taking for a month or so and nails went right back to weak/fragile. That's when I realized how much it's helping. Thanks, Walmart, for supplying this product!
