My Dentist and Hygienist recommended these CoQ10 capsules because I had Gingervitus (Bleeding Gums when I brushed my teeth). I use this along with Natural Dentist Mouthwash everyday. Recently, I had my teeth cleaned and the Dentist and Hygienist both said that I do not have Gingervitus anymore. My Gums are a healthy light pink and never bleed now when I brush my teeth. In fact, I did so well they said that I could go back every 6 months. Oh, also I didn't have any cavities.

I love this Supplement because it is one of the Omega 3s and is good for the heart which I am getting older and need all the help I can get.

Excellent Source of CoQ10 with the recommended 200mg. It doesn't upset my stomach and was recommended by neurologist to use to help decrease my migraines. This supplement is high quality and I definitely recommend it.

I cannot really review how effective this product is compared to any other of the same type. Who knows, I take it as a preventative, figuring can't hurt, but don't know if it really helps or not. I can say they were delivered quickly and they are the best tasting of any supplement I take. The 200 mg pills are medium size, orange flavor, and are easy to swallow. I would recommend you try them if you are in the market for this type of supplement and they are priced well in the market.
