I ordered these because they were recommended for anti-aging prevention. I have taken D3 before but not in combination with vitamin K so we shall see. Otherwise, the shipped quickly, are easy to swallow, and didn't cause any digestive problems for me.

I won't know how effective this supplement is until my next blood tests. But they are easy to swallow and contain the recommended amount of each vitamin. I've read the D3 comes from sheep, but I am not convinced that really matters. D3 is found in many foods and even on the skin of humans. It's the recommended amount, in an easy-to-swallow capsule, and I am satisfied.

This pill has 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 per pill. I looked it up. The Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, NIH, and a lot of other sources do not recommend ingesting more than 4000 IU/day of Vitamin D without consulting a doctor. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and will build up in your body. I think this pill is probably unsafe.

I did not order this vitamin I called to report the Mistake and was told it would be picked up and Credit issued. Never happened. I called local number and was told they we're dispatching someone right then. I still have the items and as far as I know no credit.

Could rate correctly due to the Vitamin K2. I take blood thinners to keep blood from clotting. K2 helps the blood to clot. Didn't know I couldn't take it until I realized I didn't look up what K2 was for so I just gave it to a neighbor that takes it.Bbottle unopened.

have always used Spring Valley vitamins and have never had such an experience before. When I opened the bottle, I noticed a bad smell, and after taking the vitamin that night, I experienced heart throbs. I will try one more time and ask for an exchange. Thank you.

I ordered 2 bottles of K2 D3 . I did receive 1 K2 D3 90 mcg 125mcg. and another bottle is smaller, and it's just K2 100 mcg bone health . I want the same one. I'm returning the small one K2 100 mcg.
