Sun-Maid Raisins 2-30 oz. Bags

I like raisins, grew up with them. Mom made Raisin Pie (which was called a Funeral Pie-that people bout to a funeral meal.) And oh the Oatmeal Raisin cookies she made were the best...warm out of the oven. If you were lucky, Mom would say you could have some right out of the box.

Thought would eat this many raisins but they are great - really fresh and soft and keep great in packaging.

Great to keep plenty on hand. More economical when purchased in bulk like this than small packages at regular grocery stores. They will stay moist for months, even after opening, as long as you reseal the zip lock on the package inside that box.

These are great to snack on. It comes in 2 bags which I transferred to an airtight container. When we want a snack, we just grab a bowlful. I also use them in breakfast oatmeal. They're great!

Savings galore. Too bad they usually don't have half the stuff I come for, more savings. I wanted to buy mens underwear, they had SIX boxes all the same size, nothing else. Not my size of course, I'm not 300 lbs with a 48" waist. I did save money though, just had to spend it somewhere else. Something like this happens all too often.

I do a lot of baking and these raisins always work well. They are soft and separate easily. My only complaint is that they have downsized. The box used to have 2 lbs of raisins, now it is only 1.875 lbs, so smaller, although you can't tell it from the box. The big yellow 2 is still easily seen, but instead of saying 2 lbs, it says 2 bags. Marketing is an amazing scam sometimes

Could use a better bag that seals it. Seal brakes after couple of openings and the raisins dries out.
