Good price. Been using this product for a while and it has helped me maintain my copper levels. I take higher levels of zinc (per my doctors orders) and tanked my copper levels so now I take copper with my zinc.

For mitochondrial support. Doesn't clump together like other store brands

I read that copper supplements may help with reversing or slowing down greying hair. I have been taking a little extra copper daily for about 6 months. I do see a difference. It's slight, but is better. I will continue to supplement with Swansons products. They are great.

This is the best copper I've ever tried and it works great. I take only three capsules a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. That works great for me because if I take more I get queasy. I take it with breakfast and I take my Albion zinc glycinate at night to keep them separate which works better. Otherwise, it's excellent. Take responsibility for your health and lifestyle. Supplements only supplement.

The tiniest little capsules I've ever seen! If you need a copper supplement, NO ONE would have trouble swallowing these as they are miniature in size. This comes in a good dosage (2mg) for a copper supplement if you don't need a higher dose for some reason.

This product bothers my digestive system a little bit. I was using NutriCology Allergy Research Copper Sebacate, which has excellent bioavailability and is a bit more expensive, but decided to try the Swanson brand. The Swanson Ultra has good, but it just did not work very well for me.
