switched from ortho molecular dhea to this for the added pregnenolone. after a week I don't know that I observe any difference but also no less. so 4 stars to leave potential for improvement bc I might've expected some difference by now.

It's really hard to find these 2 master hormones combined. I just wish this one was micronized.
