This product is wonderful. I feel “normal” again, not frail and elderly like I had been feeling. (I’m seventy.) I started out taking twenty-five mg, and increased it to fifty after four or five months. Highly recommended, but do be patient. It takes four to six weeks to be noticeable.

I started using this several years ago to help with middle-aged forgetfulness and foggy mindedness - it has worked very well for me. I ran out of this a few months ago and realized after a week or so how much this was really helping me, so I quickly reordered more!

Went to this super strength dose, and lo and behold my short term memory began to improve. Was also able to assimilate information more quick than before.You have to stay on a consistent regimen of taking it , though, but at these prices that's easy.Wish they offered a larger quantity size!

Could not take. It made me very, very nervous and really bad headache.
