Great for a good night sleep.

helps me sleep
as for me i get my sleep. i use 500 mg and the mind chatter fades away and off to sleep i go, of course i think it only helps after a long day at work and i am ready for bed.

Good product for High Anxiety
Passion flower takes the edge off of anxiety in natural way with no side effects. I take 2-3 for high anxiety and it works every time, within 10 minutes.
