Swanson Keratin 50 mg 60 Capsules

they seem to be as advertised, and didn't cause any adverse side effects (for me) though its hard to gauge how well a supplement works, or if it works.

When looking for a supplement for skin, hair, and nail growth and nutrition, I prefer this brand over others. I have reactions to additives and I haven't had any when taking the Swanson brand keratin. I supplement with separate biotin and zinc tablets that have the least additives and the results are the same as other brand all in one products, but without unnecessary elements. My hair is to my waist and my nails are in great shape and less brittle after years of sorting out what I needed and using these capsules. There is no flavor, it's a very tiny capsule, and I think the price for this quality is worth it. This is my favorite keratin supplement and I absolutely recommend it.

This keratin is in a tiny capsule so easy to swallow! Also the price is excellent and I received free shipping. I can no longer find keratin at my local Walmart or on Walmart.com so this is a great alternative.
