Swanson Keratin 50 mg 60 Capsules

I love this keratin. It helps my bails look better, my hair doesnt fall out as much. Its a small pill which makes it easy to take. I take this along with the swanson biotin and I can tell a huge difference.

It arrived quickly and was a good price. I don't know how well it works yet, but I haven't had any issues so far. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

This keratin is in a tiny capsule so easy to swallow! Also the price is excellent and I received free shipping. I can no longer find keratin at my local Walmart or on Walmart.com so this is a great alternative.

Compare to Doctors Best product with same number of capsules. Swanson's is 50mg, while Doctors Best is 500mg per capsule. It's no wonder some reviews mention "no results yet." I did try this, but quickly switched to the higher dose version from Doctors, which is also much cheaper, once you account for a tenfold increase in amount. It's funny tho, I did have some slight improvement with this very small dose, enough that I permanently take keratin now. A lot of my "favorite supps" are Swansons, but definitely not this one.
