My hair naturally grows slowly. Since starting this product back in October, my hair has really started to grow! I am so excited as I am in a 5-year plan to just let my hair grow as long as it can. I am 55 years old and it was now or never. So, yes, I believe this product is helping me to attain my goal. I love it!

Some of my hair was only growing about an inch and a half long and stopping, since taking this it has started growing again, YAY! I take two a day, what a lifesaver. My nails are also growing and are very strong, no longer break easily. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do for skin, but who cares, I think it's great.

just the right small size and easy to swallow. My hair line is looking better. You can't get the right amount of biotin in any B-complex it is never enough so I take this along with my B-complex. I don't have to take it again for the rest of the day. The price isn't expensive and that's nice too.

I've taken Biotin for over 40 years and attribute my never changing hair color to it. I get compliments about it all the time. When you're 75 and get noticed for your hair color, you know you're doing something right.

This is my first time taking this product from swanson and I gave it a 3 leaves for now. I have been taking 10mg biotin for a long time now by another company and biotin is good for healthy hair and nails. This is the first time I am taking it from Swanson and as a time release supplement so I am expecting this supplement to be better.

I can't tell this product is doing anything for me. I've read all the different uses, but I haven't noticed anything after two bottles. I have quite a bit left to take and will keep taking it, but I may not re-order it since I've not experienced anything.

Was using another brand of biotin and when i ordered last time i tried this one..... My nails had gotten so much better with the one i was using....but after a couple of weeks of this one they were really getting bad again.....splitting and breaking every time i banged them.......going back to the brand i was using before....thank you......
