I really don't know if it helps my fatty liver yet.
Been taking it BID for the past four years. "Why?". Because I drink more than three years daily! Love beer! This along with Swanson's "Activated Charcoal" are, my beer drinking truth of course, the reason my old self is still witnessing to this very day! Well...along with other RighteoUS Swanson supplements I take on a daily!
Take it daily (when I don't forget). Swanson is more affordable than others, especially when there's sales or deals going on.
This milk thistle is great. It lowered my liver enzymes and got them back in normal range. I highly recommend this product.

This is a good product! It seems to be helping my gallbladder problems.
Feed your liver. One of the signs of liver problems is looking at your finger nails. The left hand—dark pink color indicates you might have a liver problem. Milk Thistle feeds it. Personally I double up on it, bathing the liver with what it loves.
Swanson has so many excellent and hard to find herbal extracts, this being one of many I use!
I am not big on standardized herbs. I like the whole herb. Had to get this in a pinch, couldn't find the whole herb here.
Product is probably good quality. But research carefully before taking it. After ordering we gound more info that caused us to decide not to take it.
