This helps certain things absorb better into the body. Med info says not to take it with certain pharmaceuticals. But if you prefer not to get all the calories of grapefruit juice along with whatever you are taking....take some of this.

I am taking it for PKD. Reviews have indicated that Naringin is particularly good = and in studies for protecting the kidneys. I have had it tested as to my compatibility with it, and it tests well.

Swanson is the only one to carry this product. I have been using it for years. It has been good for my overall health.

So far, so good. No ill effects from the pill. Don't know about it's effeectiveness just yet.
