Good stuff
Seems to be good quality. I had read that skullcap extract helps with seizures. I'm not sure that it has benefitted me in that manner, but it does make me feel good. I can see benefits in regards to stress and anxiety.

Baikal Skullcap is a quality supplement that supports a calm nervous system as well as a quality night's sleep. The gelatin capsules are easy to swallow and the herb works gently with your system.

Didn't work
Does not work with my chemistry. Made my anxiety significantly worse. As it wares off I get a nasty headache. Also, I only was taking one cap (half a dose).
