Pre and probiotics have been a must in my diet for several years. Is it age? Is it… Doesn't matter. Love this product.

Work great!
I have digestive issues from my gastric by pass which was treated as acid reflux. Since I can't take prilosec for a long time, this prebiotic works great with the probiotics and no longer need acid reflux medication from the doctor.

I have only used this product for a few weeks, but it seems as if my digestion has improved a bit. I didn't buy this product to remedy any particular issue, but rather because I've always read that taking probiotics is generally good for you.

Doesn't work for me.
Unfortunately, prebiotics don't work well for me. They leave me feeling like I need to urinate often. I didn't like that feeling!!!
