Swanson Prebiotic for Friendly Flora Support 375 mg 60 Veggie Capsules

I have only used this product for a few weeks, but it seems as if my digestion has improved a bit. I didn't buy this product to remedy any particular issue, but rather because I've always read that taking probiotics is generally good for you.

I have had digestion issues for decades with nothing providing total relief, until I tried this and Jerusalem Artichoke extract. I can again enjoy foods I had come to avoid (onions, cucumbers, spicy foods etc.) With these and raw Kombucha I now have a solution...

I have been using this probiotic for years and it is very effective. A doctor recommended that I take a probiotic daily and I tried other ones but this is the best one. High quality and easy to take. I have found that Sawnson's products are consistently good quality and effective.

I like this. I used to use the GNC brand but switched to this one when they were out of stock. I plan to stick with it.

First time using a prebiotic. Did not know that they make the probiotic work much better.Promising results so far.I would suggest before starting prebiotic and proibotics. Take a good dependable laxative for two or three days first.
