Worked well for me
I have tried other brands of biotin ever since i moved from Asia to US and my hair is just hit hard by the hard water. Other brand don't seem to help me, but Swanson's does! I still have hair falling off from washings and brushings, but its slightly less, and it seems to grow back fast enough that i don't feel my hair thinning as badly when i was taking other similarly priced brands.

In this 10,000 mcg formula I only need to take 1 pill at a time instead of multiples for the needed doseage. Its very convenient and has extremely helped my hair and nails.
I appreciate the high potency formula Biotin for support of my hair and nails after losing thyroid function. Combined with Horsetail I am no longer losing hair, which has now grown back lush and my breaking nails are strong again.

I'm going to mention..I restarted taking biotin again .This order was placed12/29/24 and received 1/4/25..Also just placed another order yesterday.. it's really too early to notice anything as of yet ..But I know or supposedly know biotin is good for hair. I still have thinning of my hair.. it's not as noticeable but still isn't as filled in as I would hope..I like shopping at Swanson,and look forward for better hair health..etc .Thank you..
