Excellent
Began taking theracurmin on advice of my endocrinologist. Have found that it helps with my overall health. Would recommend to anyone whose dr suggests it for them.

Theracurmin vs turmeric phytosome.
I use it because it claims to be better absorbed than regular cumin but I would like to know if the Thorn Turmeric phytosome is even better absorbed than Thmineracurmin.

A 3-6 day supply per bottle.
Assuming the ingredients are top quality, it takes 5-10 capsules to equal an average daily dose. Do the math. One bottle has 30 capsules, so for 500mg per day, you will need 5 bottles a month!

I asked for an equivalent for "Now CurcuBrain" I was sent Theracumin. How is 100 mg the equivalent of 400Mg?
