2 cons. one issue is that that hole and screw thread was off so i couldnt build it. I emailed them and they send a replacement part. My last issue is small bit after 40 pounds it makes a creeking sound. kinda annoying. But for the price and amount of weight it can handle its worth.

Large machine built well. Just wished there were instructions to fine tune alignment. Simple to figure out with enough patience.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the pieces were packed and wrapped,I could easily cut the boxes without hitting any of the pieces.The instructions were very easy to follow.I would definitely recommend purchasing this machine,well worth the money

I love it! I love this brand! They contact me, making sure everything was delivered as expected. Everything was in the box. It is my 2nd piece of home gym equipment from them. It was delivered the same week I purchased it.

I didn't realize weights were not included. We went and got some, and everything seems to be fine. I'm not sure when, but I have to use fewer weights on this than I use at the gym. Will take some getting used to, but otherwise, I believe this will work out just fine.

Scratches easily , good machine easy to assemble

I really wanted to like this machine. I have several other Syedee machines and I like them just fine. The problem with this particular machine is with the adjustment spacers/tubes on the underside of the machine. While the directions make mention of a graph for proper alignment, said graph was not included. Regardless, there is no configuration that I can make that takes the play out of the starting position of the abduction feature. Further, whether in the abduction or adduction positioning, the alignment is always off center. There are many times that the long adjustment tubes will completely unscrew off when trying to adjust. These issues severely limit the range of motion. Like others have said, it is noisy, but that doesn't bother me; The lack of functionality is what bothers me. I don't expect too much for even a $550-ish price point, but I would have been better off going with exercise bands.

Incredibly loud and on the abduction incredibly loose at the beginning of the movement. Almost no range of with weight resistance

Horrible customer service, product was defective and they refuse to warranty it.

Machined incorrectly and will not function. I bought 3 pieces of Syedee equipment and have had horrible customer experience. Walmart.com is NO HELP WITH these issues and said I had to go to manufacture directly since it was purchased online. Manufacture is impossible to get ahold of.
