I got the kit very quickly and it has everything I need to test my pool water. It's also very easy to use with great instructions. It was also more affordable than the same thing from any other store.

I think this brand is better and more accurate than the kit available at the big lumber store. I have used both kits at the same time just to compare results on the same tests, and this kit is better.

You need a test kit to make sure your water in the pool or spa is ok. This kit will do the job. Good instructions included so you get it right. Not to expensive.

I'm a new pool/spa owner. This kit was a little more $ than the others, but it has all the little vials and is very easy to understand. Everything is well labeled and the descriptions match the instructions so you can follow along. It also gives information on what can be causing certain variances in pH and alkaline readings.

Having to deal with pool company shortage as well, we decided to do it ourselves. This is very easy to learn and comes with clear instructions and goes a long way. I still test at the store once in a while to confirm but this gives me peace of mind in between when I can't run over there since I'm very careful about marinating the chemistry of the pool. I gave it 4 stars because I have to put it up to the light to differentiate the shades and confirm with another person that what I'm seeing is right but I got used to it after matching my reading with the store reading

Product is what it is and arrived fine. Shipping though was very slow. It was in delay for several days

The product is great. I have used Taylor in the past and no problem. The case is broken as the lid wont stay shut. Came with a big piece of tape holding it shut. Not acceptable. Please send me a new one ASAP at no charge.
