This product does have a taste. It tastes like some type of nut when mixed in plain water! It was mild but noticeable. I then tried it in cold apple juice and cranberry/cherry 100% juices and that was much better. The key is to add powder and QUICKLY stir (I used my frother) and drink before it has a chance to thicken. I had no problem with after taste, gas or abdominal pain and results have been satisfactory in achieving regularity. I will continue to choose it over Metamucil due to cost factor.

I mix one teaspoon in 16 ounces of water and drink it straight. When I want a little flavor, I add some “Javvy” coffee concentrate because I love cold coffee. It's a simple, effective solution that fits my lifestyle — even if the taste takes some getting used to!

no psyllium product is perfect as they all seem to form lumps or have a slight taste, but this one the least of these problems and it works to get one's GI system "regular"

No sugar or flavor additives, just nice and plain. The fine texture makes it so much better for gentle help. Mixes into a protein shake, but drink it fast so it doesn't gel. Great purity, great product. So important for gentle cleansing!

If you plan to use this product as a digestive aid, I recommend starting off with a teaspoon or so in a large glass of water/liquid. This is a good product, finely ground and I don't need to use as much compared to other, more expensive brands which have flavorings, fillers and dyes.

Very finely ground. Seems like a great product. Definitely helps with digestive system and possibly many other health benefits.

I bought this because it's a clean fiber which is hard to find. I cannot get over the horrific taste. And I put off drinking this every single day because it's so bad.

Unless you know how to use this husk, it's for you. No matter what liquids I used, this husk would not blend smooth. Really bad clumping.

Horrible product. It did not dissolve in any cool liquid. Chunks had to be swallowed. Totally disappointed and such a waste of money. Tried it 3 different times, each cool liquid did not make it palatable. Never will buy it again. I had previously gotten a different brand from Amazon that totally dissolved in any cool liquid. But this brand could not compare. So disappointed. But since I tried it 3 different times felt it could not be returned
