The flavors are really good and not too hot! Pretty colors to grind up for all food dishes, or sprinkle whole kernels on top of a salad if you like the crunch... More heat that way, so u have to enjoy pepper corns whole %26 enjoy the Spicer heat. Only a very few whole peppercorns are recommended in one meal.

You are in for a treat.
I used it in my peppermill, and as I grind it onto my dishes, there is a wonderful combination of aromas ... peppery, floral, appetizing. It's a fantastic adventure of flavor.

Wonderful taste enhancement.
I love the aroma when sprinkled on the food I'm preparing and then the taste after the meal is cooked, it adds a wonderful spice to everything and rounds out the flavors perfectly.

Unreasonable expectations??
I'm typically a fan of Spice Way - was expecting an equal distribution of pink, green and black peppercorns. This was light on the pink and green. Not certain if this is customary for rainbow peppercorns…

Picture is misleading. It is not the mix shown, it is a majority of black peppercorns with the other very lightly mixed in.
