This makes a restaurant quality dip in a minute. Works best with labne but is excellent with Greek yogurt and plain yogurt. It also was great as a sauce for grilled chicken. Deliciously versatile.

Taste good and helps me eat health. Just throw some cucumber and tomato in a bowl with some tuna fish, put some of this stuff on it and YUM! While making the sauce, make sure to add a tablespoon or so of some water to the seasoning and let it sit for a few minutes to give the dried pieces time to soften up, then add the yogurt and olive oil and you are good to go.

Shouldnt this have mint leaves in it too?

Imbalanced seasoning mix. . Onion overwhelms it. First try, I adhered to the website recipe. Why it is not included, or on the label is puzzling. By third try I found that more yogurt, more cucumber and less seasoning mix worked much better. My advice to simply make your own tzatziki from scratch. Less mystery. About the same effort. Better outcome.
