Grind my own
Have become a fan of white pepper and the only white pepper available around here is so finely ground, it's almost like powder. Read up on it and white pepper is suppose to have about a quarter of the amount of oxalates as black pepper. So I ordered some white pepper corns to use in a pepper grinder. Wise move on my part, I think. Will probably order again.

I like to ground up and mix my own spices. These were great. They were fresh and mix very well with my other seasonings. My fried chicken had that special kick I wanted.
