The product's effectiveness astounded me! I'm currently marathon training, and I've noticed that I've been having some knee pain and/or inflammation after my runs. During my runs, it doesn't strike me until I'm around 10 miles in, so I looked up various supplements and found these regularly used substances all in one! The difference between the 16 mile training run last week and the 16 mile training run this week was so significant that I could only credit it to this product. My knee wasn't sore or inflamed that I had to walk more frequently throughout the 14th mile as last week, and last week I was ready to give up on the 14th mile. I felt good and I wasn't running or felt pain, other than the fact that it's grueling running 16 miles in general haha

I have been telling all my friends about this supplement. I take three a day (when I remember) as instructed. I had been suffering. from a runner's knee for four months and couldn't run more that 4 miles without inflammation in my knee. I was trying cross-training, icing, and pool training without any success. Bottom line - after one week of use, my runner's knee went away and has never returned! I will be a lifelong user of this supplement for sure! I have noticed no negative side effects when taking these supplements.

Loaded up as recommended 5 pills a day for 2 weeks. Noticed no real improvement in pain. I've used liquid glucosamine sulfate for years but the company I bought from changed their formulation so tried this. Liquid worked. This waste of money.

This product did not work for me at all. It caused serious digestive issues after 2.5 weeks which led to weight gain and continuing joint pain, so I had to discontinue use and dispose of the unused product. I had thought the tumeric might help with reducing swelling to offset the lower glucosamine and chondroitin than was in my previous supplement, but I experienced the opposite effect. And, it was not less expensive than my previous supplement; switching back!
