I recommend simply on the basis I can taste the clean copper, and I think I can make out the bitterness of the zinc if I'm not mistaken when I chew them up for quality control. To me they seem legit and are a fine value for what I paid. Is there better, maybe, I'm I an expert, not completely.

Serving size is 1 tablet, so one bottle will last you the majority of a year for just $10. my bottle came with a huge white sticker across the front (not sure why), but as you can see it has no effect on the product itself. 100% would recommend these!

This formula of minerals makes your nails to grow....that alone is a plus I was surprised at how fast my nails started to grow..... It may have other uses...to support your body as well...but I was overwhelmed by my nails and I believe theres a difference in my hair as well. All good!!!

The trace minerals don't help immediately like taking a pain reliever. I'm going into my second week and this has help fill in the missing components of my diet. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

they smell awful when you first open them. they're so chalky that the smell goes into the air. i left them open for a few hours and it helped, but the smell is a lot to get over.
