This was recommended to me to help reduce inflammation due to Osteoarthritis and it seems to be working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for a little while now! I love the ingredients and that I only have to take 1 a day! I got 120 bonus container (normally 100) and it's nice to know it's a minimum of a 3 month supply if taken everyday as directed! I never noticed a taste of any kind after taking these, even with them being quick release. I have taken them with and without food and no issues. I do not have many issues with my stomach so I can get away with taking them on empty stomach but that may not be the case for others. The benefits of tumeric are listed all over the internet. Give this product a try if you are interested in seeing if it works for you! Great product for the coat and benefits

I have taken these for quite a few years. I tried another brand and my aches came back the whole time I was using up the other brand. I went back to natures truth and the aches went away. I think people don't give this product enough time to work and or they don't take enough of it. My husbands ortho. Doctor said he uses turmeric and that in his opinion people should take higher doses of it. Anyway, I highly recommend a turmeric curcumin product!

I know tumeric is good for your health in general, but I am not quite sure what exactly this supplement is for. There is no bad taste feeling when I take it. What is the benefit of taking this supplement? But for sure, I will keep continue taking it till I finish it.
