The capsules are not that large, this easier to swallow. Two is a serving size, although I have been taking four per day since I weigh 240, but will titrate down to after one week. I feel great, energy wise. No big strength change or gain, but I have decided on these for raising testosterone (free) naturally, and this was the recommendation. I do recommend these, as I have noticed an overall change in wellness feeling. I hope to take these with another natural supplement to improve more-so.

The product was delivered 5 or 6 days early. The product is easy to take in the morning and afternoon. I read other reports that could effect sleep pattern, but no issues from my experience.
