Very satisfied.
Arrived quickly. This methylcobalamin is, IMO, and from my research, the best form of B12 to take. (Compared to the cyanocobalamin, which is less expensive.)

Methylcobalamin Supplement (B12)
I read recently there were 4 different types of Vitamin B-12, with the one having the Methylcobalamin Supplement as the most effective. There's a warning about taking this product with metformin as there could be bad side affects. I haven't experienced any yet. This product is good and is safe to use.
