I have been taking for a week and I was vitamin D deficient and my levels have risen so yes I recommend daily vitamin supplement

As Good As All of the Others!!
These were very reasonably priced. Both my husband and I take them everyday. We like knowing they are 5000 iu's and as long as they are reasonably priced, we will continue buying them. Very easy to swallow.

Poor delivery
My package was left unattended in the front entrance of my apartment building. No one called to let me know it was downstairs. I just happened to find it outside the door when I went downstairs to tend to another matter. I do not pay nearly $100 a year for Walmart to have my packages left so haphazardly that anyone could have walked away with the package, and I would have been none the wiser. I have had many other deliveries made, and the delivery person knew to enter the access code to enter the building or to call me so that I could either allow them into the building or meet them downstairs. This is totally unacceptable.

I canceled this order because my Dr, said it was too much IU.s for me. But they sent it anyways, Mad!
