Excellent grill accessorie
You would think at a cursory glance there might not be much to this item. I waited a long time to get one because I just wasn't sure about it. Had a little extra money and decided to give it a try. My only regret is not buying it sooner. It truly is a game changer grilling certain meats. Not to mention it can keep you from wasting charcoal which can put money back in your pockets. Highly recommend.I have a 22” Weber kettle grill and medium is the perfect size for that particular grill or like sized grills.

I've needed this for so long.
I first saw this on some Weber Grill (Official channel) YouTube Videos where their “pro team” members were really hyping it up as a must have kettle grill accessory. It really is! I decided to give it a shot and it really works for me. Totally worth the price for me as it fulfills a need I have had for years. I've used it probably 7 or 8 times so far, so it doesn't really show any wear or degradation. I have the impression it'll last for a long time.

Vortex on the Big Green Egg is a perfect combo!
The Vortex is amazing! Set it and forget it for wings. Great product - although a little expensive for what you get - but highly recommended. After letting the lump charcoal come to temperature - placed the wings, and flipped once after 15 minutes - another 15 minutes, then finished for 10 more with wing sauce.
