What a beautiful phone!! It works perfectly! I'm old-fashioned like my mom, and choose to have a landline. The sound is great too, and the ringer isn't too soft. I'm sooo happy with my purchase!!

I needed a phone for my 90yr old mother. This phone has numbers larger for her to see. The price was also in a range where affordable.

I bought it for a family member who was in need of some assistance with having a telephone in her home.

Works very well, after 30 caller ID calls you have to start deleting and short plugs so get extension cord if you need to. Both phones work perfectly well. Got a good deal for excellent quality.

Although i thought that I needed to buy this product Whatever was going on with the one that i have had for 7 years it is now functioing well and probably will return the ordered one asx my landline apparently is still functioing and maybe there was something wrong with the service therough TDS.

What I liked about the phone that it had all of the features just like the more expensive ones. What I didn't like is that the handset to the base unit was dead on arrival (no dial tone could be heard) I called the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement for just the handset for that base unit and was told no they don't have it. So, I would have to return the whole unit and get a different one that might have the same issue. The ordering and delivery went flawlessly in fact it showed up days earlier because I was much closer than most people to the warehouse.

total junk all it does is click, tons of static, no dial tone

First one stopped working about a week after purchase. Base handset wouldn't hang up the line so it kept the line open all the time. Returned that one, and was sent another one. The second one did the same thing virtually out of the box. In the process of returning to warranty department! If I could give it less than one star I would!!

can not see who is calling. no way to turn brightness up.

Phone only worked for 6weeks then we could not call out.And when we got incoming calls the phone would ring but would disconnect when we picked up.Had the phone company come and after checking all the lines outside and inside they said it was the phone.He even used a different phone and it worked fine. Now we have to pay for a service call and buy a new phone.
