Recommended!!!
My doctor discovered that I was deficient in vitamin D and wanted me to start taking vitamin D supplements. I started looking for a good vitamin D product that would help solve my problem. Looking at a wide variety of vitamins X Gold Health seems to offer a good supplement with vitamin D3 and also contains vitamin K2, which helps to activate proteins with calcium and helps in the growth of nails and bones. Would definitely recommend trying this product.
I like that with along the Vitamin D it has all the vitamin K that is needed also to help your bones absorb the Vitamin D. Also has zinc and some other minerals that are good for you.
