We really love this product. Everything I wanted.

Frustrating to set up bc the directions do not apply to the hardware in the box. When I finally set it up it works fine and does work with alexa. Basically from what I remember you have to set up the speaker thing with the red circle around it and then everything else syncs to that. The directions make it seem like you need to connect everything, but you don't. There are not reset buttons either. The batteries are A32's which are pretty hard to find. I found some at autozone. I had to buy more b/c the ones the system came with were almost dead, per the app. The app is pretty simple. It all feels pretty cheap but it does work just fine for what I needed it for.

Installation is easy but setting it up on devices or WiFi is a nightmare. The instructions are in Chinese and I don't know Chinese and can't call anyone. So it's not gonna work for me if I can't figure this out

Well, its a well designed product except it could be a lot better. The reason for 2 stars is because the 9 V batteries that were installed in the PS2 wireless motion sensors that came in the box were pretty much gone, I had to replace the battery even before I installed them. The setup is very straight forward, very easy, anyone with basic knowledge of operating a mobile phone can set it up and linking it to Google and Alexa is very easy, except linking it doesn't do much because both Google and Alexa dont do much unless you configure automations. To configure automations you will need a computer science degree because it is very complicated and it does not have all the options you need. You can either have the notifications or not have them, but you cannot program the notifications to get triggered only when certain criteria is met.

Junk. No support. No online resources. App doesn't work right. Alarm is not loud enough.
