Probably best way to rid gophers. Walmart price below other advertisers and with store pickup, no delivery charge.
This is a great tool for animal control. My concern are birds and when you use a trowel with the pallets, it gets messy. This tool allows you to find the areas and drop the pallets. No mess. The area effected is under control for sure!
Product was great but ended up hiring a professional so attempted to return it following Walmarts instructions. Biggest waste of 4 hours of my time and still awaiting refund.
I tried traps, digging holes to place them. No luck. I tried bait. probed for a tunnel then placed bait with a funnel and covered. Limited success and a back ache. Got this last week and applied to 20 + mounds and tunnels the first day and every new one since How do you know if you have got them? They don't come to the surface for a count. The number of new mounds and tunnels have dropped to almost zero. And no back ache. I'm a fan.
The moles and gophers were taking over my yard. Within 10 day of using this tool they were all gone! Thank you.
I have used it a couple of times and it seems to work as advertised. I use a steel spike I bought from Lowes to find the tunnel and start a hole and then use the bait tool to dispense the bait. So far everything works.
While this is a different brand than previously used, it appears to be similar and arrived promptly. Hopefully, it will be as effective.
Bad design. When you turn rod above so it can deposit the bait, the dirt will eventually jam the rod below from opening so the bait does not drop out (jammed only using it about 8 times). You will have to dig out the dirt or get it wet to melt the dirt out of the bottom of the rod in order to use again. Easier to just dig a hole manually and drop the bait into the hole. Waste of money...
Does not work at all - don't buy this
did not get poison
