I like the taste of the methyl B12 tabs. They taste like cherry sweet tarts candy, and you're tempted to eat more than just one. I'm still waiting to see if they give me extra energy but I think that the way they melt in your mouth, they should be pretty bioavailable.

Zhou is a brand name I can trust. It is not the "cheaper" brand. I feel this B-12 is keeping my energy level. I take mine about 1PM (after lunch). Very surprised to see I could order this from Wal-Mart! Yippee!!!

I have liked most of the products I have purchased from Zhou Nutrition, but I don’t know about this one. So far, I cannot tell a difference in my energy levels. I don’t know how long you have to be taking it for it to work. Also, the taste is terrible. It is just too sour for my liking.
