I used to buy toasted buckwheat goats from Ukraine and Poland but the war has made them hard to find. This brand is every bit as good if not better! Clean, bright grains that cook up quickly and have earthy yet appealing flavor and texture. Eaten as a hot main dish or cold in a salad, they are very versatile at any meal. I've had them for breakfast with some butter and maple syrup like you would for grits or made them with vegetables in place of rice, they take any seasoning well. Use like you would bulgur for tabouleh salad.

I received the pkg. within days after placing the order, HOWEVER.. 4 reasons unbenosed to me, when I attempted 2 place at least 4 additional orders,you cancelled them!

Love it. The price of this buckwheat is very low compared to the price in the nearest stores. We eat buckwheat every week, so it's a good purchase. Thank you for a quality product. It doesn't stink, it's not overcooked. That is, buckwheat is exactly as it should be. The only thing I don't understand is which country of origin and where was this buckwheat grown?

Great Kasha. Much better deal than on amazon or other stores online. Toasted, VERY CLEAN. you want to make sure you get the clean Kasha, because some come with little rocks that can chip your teeth if missed during the washing process. This one is very clean and no issues. I like everything by sadaf in general. Good job guys

I LOVE THIS KASHA. I buy kasha in bulk and my favorite is the roasted (or "Russian") kasha. I cook it in my rice cooker regularly and it turns out perfect. I have bought this online from Walmart at least a dozen times, and finally decided to write a review. This is a great bulk price and better value than my local health foods store or international grocery store. Highly recommended!
