Don't let the name fool you, this flour is from Colorado USA. Excellent quality. Their processing is wonderful and the price is even better. If you're a baker - give it a try. This is my first time purchase and using this flour, my cakes, breads, bisquits etc. come out better than ever before.

I got this bc we're dealing with a nickel allergy here, and the more processed wheat flour is, the less nickel it contains. As we eat homemade pizza or calzones twice a week here, we needed a flour pretty badly. Hungarian flour is that gem. It's well processed, very fine and silky. We're making calzones right now. It raises beautifully.

This review is little late bc I ordered this flour in March… I bake a lot of sourdough bread, and I always use KA bread flour. I came across this flour on your website and wanted to try it out. I was little skeptical since this is AP flour and not bread flour but honestly I didn't see any difference in my bread. One difference (positive one) was that my bulk fermentation was actually shorter by an hr bc it's a high altitude flour. I even use this flour to feed my starter bc it's unbleached. I have placed another order today.

This product has the best quality in great value. I use it for everything, baking and steaming successfully. Highly recommend! And I hope Walmart restock this product.

I bake all my bread and rolls, cakes and cookies. This all purpose flour is a local product and the company is very interesting. I use this flour exclusively for recipes calling for AP flour. The product is excellent and very reasonably priced.

I really like this flour. Never heard of it until now and was pleasantly surprised at how good the pancakes turned out.

This flour is very easy to work with when baking. The end result is consistently excellent. Overall, just a really great product.
