Just three pills per day really supported my joint health. In three short weeks I noticed increased comfort in my knees and finger joints. I was beginning to flex my knees a little bit more. These pills are easy to swallow and didn't leave a bitter taste. I believe the combination of Glucosamine and Fruit X-B offered me the support I needed.

I think you have to take these long term to see any real results but I think it's a great idea just for "insurance" for your joints, especially if they're already starting to deteriorate. Very easy to swallow as well.

My mom swears by this stuff. Have been giving it a shot. So far so good. I feel like you have to take long term but I do feel like some of the aches and pains have diminished. I'm going to keep going...

I have been taking them every morning. My only complaints are the price point feels a little high and the pills are huge. I haven't convinced myself to repurchase because of those things.

Only having one bottle to take and finish I don't think it was long enough to see any difference in how I feel/move. Maybe if I continued to purchase more.

You can take three pills at one time or spread them out at three intervals during the day. There are a lot of good ingredients in them that are good for you. The pills are not small, but not too large to take easily. I have been taking them for almost a month and have not noticed any big changes in my movements.
