Sorry for those who found it ineffective. All I can say is that I am on my second month using this product, and I have gone from getting up 3-4 times every night to go to the bathroom, to only once a night. So it has kept its promise on that and has definitely improved the quality of my sleep. It is worth trying!

I am a retired clinician doctor. I learned about the ingredients before I learned about the product it is the closest one to the formula that was found using African tree bark and some of the various other ingredients that have been copied. taking it for over 30 years from a recommendation of a patient who gave me a book he was much older than I was at the time and I've been taking it ever since and I recommend that at the age of 30 you start taking it if you already have symptoms I would suggest you at least have someone take a look at your prostate and from there you can make your own decision

Yesterday I bought this product again using Walmart. I ordered it around 10AM and received it at 5:56PM on the same day. I have taken saw palmetto for over thirty years with good results since I am old and haven't had any prostate problems yet and am blessed. I first took the whole palmetto leaf capsule products, then went to saw palmetto extract which was better for reducing getting up at night and then when the extract form was still having me get up every three hours I went to Urinozinc since it had added beneficial ingredients and it worked. Now I am up every six hours at night, once. I like it, my wife likes it and my cat likes it. We all sleep better.

I have used this product successfully for about two years....for prostate problems and frequent urination. My local Walmart store doesn't always have this in stock...so I decided to order it on line...with excellent results....so I will continue using this method!

My father has an enlarged prostate and his Urologist recommended this product. He's been taking this supplement for almost 9 months now. It has helped him tremendously without having to take medication. He is now urinating normally, no blood in the urine and no trips to the restroom in the middle of the night. One warning though, it does take 3 months or more before seeing any benefits.

They cost a bit more than I'd like to pay but after about 5-7 days you start to feel a difference. To feel it real good it take like a month or so in your system . With me it went to first not really having to get up, I guess it a phantom pee. Then I was getting up about every 3hrs then 5hrs. At times I wouldn't notice. Don't forget your mind cause when you think about it or run that water at the sink your going to want to go. That's just how it works in our heads. But it does make a difference. I live with chronic pain and really don't sleep so anything that can keep me laying down to try and get more than 15-29min before a pain shoot is great. Just wish it was cheaper.

Some moron tried to substitute this product that was a recommendation from 2 different doctors with Equate and REFUSED TO REORDER IT THROUGH THE WEBSITE. I had to reorder the item!!! Why if the ordered item and was “Picked At 9:08a” is not on the shelf —- can customer service try to order the item from your warehouse for a home delivery, because with the help of the store assistant manager that is exactly what happed. Effects manhood quality and makes me feel wired. The price is what lured me to try it. I wanted to use it to reduce nighttime urinary frequency, which it did not accomplish. The Super Beta Prostate brand, which is much more expensive, actually accomplished my goal with no erectile dysfunction or nervousness sensations. I will pay the higher price and return to that brand.
