Ginger Root is AWESOME! Aids digestion and nausea, gets your blood vessels open so blood flow is easier, because of the blood flow- it warms up cold limbs and overall warmth, it calms inflammation... so many things. I prefer to have the actual ginger root; but this one from Nature Made is amazing. Highly recommend.

This is a frequent repurchase of mine. I prefer to use these before or after consuming any meals. I'll also use them if I begin feeling nauseous or stomach discomfort– instead of taking Pepto. It's helped my digestion a lot. My only gripe is if I don't consume enough water when attempting to swallow the capsule, it can sometimes feel like it's sloooooowly going down and cause a little discomfort until the outer capsule dissolves. (This is usually avoided by consuming enough liquid).

I've taken Ginger twice a day for probably 10 years. It's really good for the stomach. I don't know about weight loss necessarily probably not. Of course they say ginger is good for blood pressure but I don't have a problem with blood pressure so I wouldn't know the capsules are kind of medium size. They don't really have a taste to them but value for the money this is a good choice.

Not the tastest but that's not the fault of this product! Ginger just isn't tasty! This quickly and very effectively calms an upset stomach. Really, it's a miracle! The pills for upset stomach either didn't work or were out of my price range. This stuff is cheap and works great.

I'm taking a glp1 (pill version) and some times get nauseous. One, or sometimes two, of these takes that nausea away very quickly-within a few minutes. I keep some in my purse just in case. Highly recommend these if you can't stand the feeling of being nauseous like me.

The ginger root pills have helped my joint discomfort so much. I almost thought it was not going to help but it finally did and i do not want to go without it now.

I've been taking Ginger Root for a number of years and I normally buy it at our local WalMart but I decided to order it online thus time. It helps me with bloating.

Have taken this for many years with great results. Just one about a half hour before meals, along with one Heather's Tummy Peppermint Capsule and no more digestive issues, which used to be severe. Love ❤️ Walmart!!

I have a medical issue called delayed gastric emptying. Basically my tummy holds my food and it takes forever to push it down the gastric line for digestion. All that to say, I take 2 ginger pills before each meal and my problem has been solved! Really good for a lot of tummy troubles
