i don't eat sesame seeds as a snack, but i love putting them in my farmhouse white bread dough. they are great for that and for using in stir fry dishes. the 3.75 oz container is a good size, don't have to worry about running out too soon or keeping them around for too long. they are a great value.

I love sesame seeds, especially on bagels! I bought Sushi Chef Sesame Seeds to use when I made sesame seed bagels! There is nothing quite like the aroma of sesame seeds roasting in the oven! Yum!!

I toast my own sesame seeds after mixing in some black ones too. It is very easy, just a hot dry skillet and a wood spoon stirring it constantly until they give off a little smoke and a few of them pop. The glass jar keeps this fresh.

I use this when I make bread and so can't comment on it as a stand alone item. They brown beautifully on the various breads I make and add to the texture of the bread and its color. They make the bread look so professional!

These are great for recipes and salad topping. Toasting them adds a new dimension of flavor. I make sesame sticks and cookies so I always have them in my pantry.

Poorly packaged. It appears the manufacturer uses a poor adhesive on the bottle so the paper liner does not stick properly. The lid appears to be designed to retain the paper liner upon opening (as occurred on the bottle of Black Sesame Seeds on the same order). Lid was off and contents were spilled in the grocery bag.

You should substitute organic items fir other organic items.

Yuk. Maybe we got a bad jar. But the taste was bad. We had to chuck the salad to which it was added. The bitter taste made it unpalatable.
