This melatonin really help my autistic child go to sleep at night. When he does not take the melatonin my so can be up till the sun comes up in the morning.

I have used Melatonin gummies for quite some time. They don't have a lingering side affect %26 help me get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend them for those who have sleep problems.

if you're having trouble falling asleep at night these are great to add to your routine as they are one of the most concentrated forms of melatonin gummies I have found at an unbeatable price. at 30 mg each these might be too strong for kids however they are non- addictive and non- habit forming
