This is the best melatonin on the market. It makes me sleep like a baby. I have reviewed this before and I cannot find a better value for the money. I highly recommend this for preventing those sleep last night.

Helps me sleep
I take 2 about an hour before heading to bed. I sleep well and don't wake up feeling groggy. Much better than zquill, which had me waking up foggy headed alot of mornings.

Works well so far.
I have a lot of issues with falling asleep and staying asleep. In an effort to not become a walking pharmacy, I decided to try these. They do seem to be working and according to my sleep tracker (Apple Watch app) I am sleeping more soundly.

Great melatonin
What I like about this product is they are non habitat forming and they really work. The flavor tastes great. There's nothing I dislike about this product. I'm happy I found it and decided to give it a try.

Juries out. i e taken two gummies two nights in a row. Didnt receive the sleepiness i was anticipating. The tadte is unpleasant as well
