Definitely an up grade from older xbox models

Great system, unbelievable how fast it loads and how crisp thew graphics are. Of course the price was high, but I knew what I was getting in to. The price is just for the system and controller. Too bad the system doesn't come with anti hacker hardware for Warzone ;)

The item was awesome to finally get for my son. I ordered this after seeing it available on Walmart.com and it wasn't so overpriced that we wanted to finally fulfill the promise from last year so we placed the order fully expecting to receive this after Christmas (placed order on 12/21). Fly Upside went above and beyond and this was delivered within 2 days, I believe and made it in time for the best Christmas Surprise for my 13 year old son who had been patiently waiting to finally get his hands on the new XBOX X. I was skeptical and worried but happy to report it was a seamless process and way better service than I expected from a 3rd party through walmart.com.

I am very pleased with my order. I was not expecting my new xbox1X until July 12th and I received it July 2cd!! It was shipped in very good condition also. This was very straightforward and shipping was fast. I received it packaged well and the Xbox Series X had a perfect box with no damage. The contents were perfect and the experience on Walmart.com was great. I realize pricing of these is inflated but I ordered on Xmas day (Saturday), had tracking information on Monday and it was delivered perfect on Wednesday as expected during purchase. Xbox X was in a new, sealed box and runs awesome!!

Item was exactly what was displayed. No complaints aside from the price, but thats how supply and demand works. The item is nearly impossible to find and to get at retail price. Unfortunately, If you want the item youll have to pay the inflated rate.

Ill admit I was very sceptical after I ordered then read reviews from other people. Ive been waiting since release to get a Series X and finally just pulled the trigger on an overpriced one. It arrived super fast, Wasnt well packaged and the box had some damage which couldve been shipping and not the seller. I received what I ordered, a brand new xbox series X. So far happy happy happy.

Even though I wanted this item I rate 1 star because when I got it I plugged in it wouldnt let me turn on and now Im disappointed because seems like no one can help me out and they just keep sending me to other people

Console was defective, it shut down during gameplay randomly on a constant basis. Reached out to retailer, but received no response within their permitted response timeframe.
