It works fine to keep an eye on things. The SD card spot is right out in front and easy to see, I don't like that. It sometimes has connectivity issues so I have to close the app and re open it often. Sometimes that fixes it, sometimes not. It keeps re adjusting itself. After I get it pointed where I want it, I will check it and it will have re adjusted itself so it is no longer pointing where I need it, and then when I try to adjust it from the app, it moves too far and I end up having to go left, go right, up, then down to see the thing I had it pointed at. Later it sometimes puts itself back where I had it, most of the time I have to get the chair out, climb up there and manually point it where I need it again.

They force a plan on you. You cannot view captured video without a paid plan.

Purchased this and it would not connect all through their app. Worked with support that was no help. She kept saying it was a new device for them. After doing the same routine over and over for 30 minutes. I gave up working with her. Going back to the store to return it.

Easy to install, but getting it going was tricky. Once I did, trying to get it to not point towards my house as the stationary position or "home" position was impossible. Trying to pan/rotate it pretty much did what it wanted even if I tapped left, right, up, down. Also there is no "night vision" like it stated. it just reflects back onto itself in the glass. Also there was no way to shut off the light around the actual camera/eye part. It came on and went off when it felt like it. If you have the "spotlight" ON then you truly can't see. So claiming to have night vision was false advertisement. I am returning for a full refund, this product was not meant for outside like it claimed.

The product would not load up on the 2G Then it wouldn't stay on the electricity kept going on and off like he had a short in it when I tried to contact Customer Service. All they had was frequently asked questions and they said don't take it back to the store, but I took it back to the store and got my money back.

Does not stay connected to my WIFI even though I have 800 mbps up and down speeds for the WIFI. When it is connected it doesn’t move around very well. In the app, I’ll barely push the up button and it will go from looking at the ground to looking at the sky but I need it to just look straight forward! The picture quality is bad and there’s a lot of static from the microphone too. Awful product and I want my money back!

This thing sucks. I can’t get it to pair to my phone via QR code and when I did the first time it kept disconnecting from live video feed. 0/10

if you don't have constant stable internet you have to keep going thru the original install process to get it working again. Next 1 minute or more hiccup start again. LOVE pulling out the 10' ladder constantly!🙄🤔 NOT!

A subscription is required to be able to use the camera. Wish I knew this before I purchased it.

You have to be present to reconnect to Bluetooth, so it's useless if I'm not home-am trying to return it.
