(3 pack) Spring Valley Quercetin 500 mg with Zinc, Dietary Supplement, 60 Capsules

I actually haven't started taking this yet. I have been reading about it. It is used as a detox for parasites, supposedly, however this was the brand that was recommended. Personally, I'm going to do a little more research on how it would interact with my other medication's And ask my doctor about it, but it's something that I would like to try.

Good value. I take Quercetin in combination with Vitamin C, D and Zinc. Your results may not be the same, but for me the combination seems to have built up my resistance to the seasonal flu.

Great that they are provided thru Wm as needed as Covid prevention to hold zinc onto cells not allowing spikes on Covid to knock zinc off (causing no smell as the symptom as Covid enters!!) I don't know this brands effectiveness though!?!? But I've only been diagnosed once with light symptoms lasting one week and I had run out of Quercitin then??

I have an autoimmune issue. What my family can shake off in a day or two can become a month-long or longer battle for me. I like to take these along with zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D, homemade elderberry tincture, etc. Research shows quercetin interferes with viral cell replication. I did not catch the last two viruses I was exposed to, so it seems to be working. The pills are not horribly big so they go down easily.

For months now, we have been consumers of this brand. Particularly for my mother, who suffers with allergies, it is quite helpful. The immune system benefits from this. Here in California, the weather is always changing; this encourages us to be more healthy.

I believe this helps keep my immune system strong. I'm around hundreds of germy kids every day - LoL - I am a teacher.

When I take Zinc by itself, a lot of times it wnts to come back up, and I use Choc. pudding to hold it down. Now with Zinc and Quercetin combined, never comes back up. IMO, it's a great product.

Great to improve your immune system

Excellent product but overpriced by $5 at $15 a bottle. Purchased here only because I was out and didn't want to wait for a major competitor site. Rating is only on price and not the quality which is excellent.

I did not notice any difference in my health or how I felt after using this product.
